Q: Can you purchase one system with out the other?
A: Yes, one system is specifically for drinking water Iconic Alkoniser and the other system Iconic Whole House is mainly for bathing, showering brushing teeth etc, but they both have a lot more uses.

Q: What is the cost for the annual service for the Iconic Alkoniser system and what is included?
A: The price is £230 and it covers a full service and replacement of all filters and any components that me need to be replaced.

A: The price is £140 and it covers a full service and replacement of all filters and any components that may need to be replacing.

Q: What are the main differences between the Iconic Alkoniser and Iconic Whole House Systems?
A: The Iconic Alkoniser system uses an advanced purification system, then adds the essential natural trace minerals back in to the water, then the water goes through an ionisation process to give the drinking water a negative ORP which produces powerful antioxidants. The Iconic Whole House system only removes chemicals and contaminates for the use for bathing, showering, brushing teeth etc.

Q: Will the Iconic Whole House system help with sensitive skin?

Q: Will my laundry be improved?
A: Chlorine in the tap water and can bleach clothes over time, by reducing the chemical levels it helps prevent the fading of fabrics.

Q: We use a lot of water for the garden, is there away of by passing the water filter system, so there is no need to change the filter cartridge sooner?
A: Yes, there are bypass valves to allow us to do this for the garden/cleaning cars/pressure washing etc. This can be done without disturbing the purification process to the rest of the home, please inform the engineer on arrival with your concerns.

Q: How long do the filters last?
A: We recommend all filters in both systems to be replaced every 12 months, this ensures the water purification process works correctly with no issues.

Q: We have a combi-boiler and cold water feed electric shower, does the filter lower the water pressure?
A: No this is because of the size of the filter pods we use, they are designed for heavy commercial use.

Q: Can we change our own filter cartridges?
A: No, due the high grade filters we use, they are not sold to the public, also If you try to change your own filters the system will not be covered by our life time guarantee.

Q: Does the price include installation?
A: Yes.

Q: If we move home, can we take the iconic water systems with us?
A: Yes, call one of our team who can arrange for an engineer to call out to your property to disconnect the system and set it up in the new property, there will be a charge for this service.
